And the day arrived! We set out at 10.15 together with the high school Via de la Plata, La Bañeza. We were so excited! After a short stop in Palencia to meet our foreign monitors, we continued our trip and got to Pradoluengo at about 13.30.

As soon as we arrived, the coordinator explained to us the rules to follow in the hostel, then we had a delicious lunch (pasta, fish and chips and a yogurt) and we were organised in our rooms. 

Afterwards, we went to the nearest park to relax and dance for a while and we were divided into four groups to start our first English lesson, in which we had to introduce ourselves, find a name, a logo and a song to dance for our group.

Then we went for a walk in the village, bought some snacks in the local shop and stopped in a beautiful park. Back at the hostel, we had a shower and phoned our families.

To finish the day, we had a tasty dinner and we played really fun games.

It was a great day and we practised lots of English.
