Este informe revela que los profesores españoles enfrentan serias dificultades debido a los continuos cambios legislativos en educación, la falta de respeto hacia su figura y el escaso respaldo de las familias. La inestabilidad en las leyes educativas genera incertidumbre y dificulta su labor, mientras que la pérdida de autoridad en el aula agrava los problemas de disciplina. Además, el 49% de los docentes considera que la calidad educativa ha empeorado en los últimos seis años.

Por otro lado, aunque la tecnología es vista como una herramienta beneficiosa, un 9,6% de los profesores cree que su uso se está aplicando en exceso. También, más de la mitad de los docentes (51,6%) opina que la formación financiera debería ser obligatoria en el sistema educativo. Estos datos reflejan un escenario educativo en constante transformación, con retos que afectan tanto a la enseñanza como al desarrollo del alumnado.

And the day arrived! We set out at about 10.30 together with the school from La Bañeza.We were so excited! After a short stop in Palencia to meet our foreign monitors, we continued our trip and got to Busto de Bureba. There we were welcomed by the coordinator and the rest of the team.They told us about the organisation of the week and we went to the canteen for lunch.

After lunch, we went to our bedrooms to leave our cases and choose our beds. Then, we were  divided into four groups, where we created a group name, a logo and a dance. The dances were really fun to watch.

It was time to discover the village. We went all around and we stopped at the church for a snack. The view was fantastic. Back at the hostel we had dinner and played a Trivia Game with lots of music and fun challenges.

The first day has been amazing. We are looking forward to tomorrow.
